I do not accept insurance, and I am not part of any insurance panels.
I am an "out-of-network" provider, and I will provide all the necessary information on a single form so you can easily file for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance provider about your out-of-network behavioral health coverage—deductible amount and percent reimbursed.

Please make note of the following:
- All payments are due at the end of each session. Cash, personal checks, Venmo and credit cards accepted.
- A processing fee of $5 will be added to Square (credit card) transactions.
- In cases of cancellations made less than 24 hours (or one day) before an appointment, you will be asked to pay for the missed session.
